[SPayLater] Why am I receiving calls regarding SPayLater bill payments?

When you do not make full payment of the outstanding amount by the 1st,10th or 20th of every month, your SPayLater account will be overdue and we will proceed to freeze your account. We will also have no choice but to contact you to remind you of the outstanding payment and further assist you in the payment process if so required. 

 

We will, however, remind you of your bill payment in multiple ways (SMS, In-App Push Notifications, Bills Automated Calls, and others) before your SPayLater bill due date. 

 

We highly encourage you to make full payment of bills no later than the 1st,10th or 20th of every month. You may refer to the payment schedule below:
